At a low temperature to maintain and respect the grape's primary aromas.

ORGANIC CHARACTERISTICS

A very substantial wine with a full body and structure, typical of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Not for the faint of heart. Alcohol content 12.5%, very pronounced aromas, full but brilliant on the palate.

RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS

Fantastic with stewed fish: cacciucco, Livorno-style cod, red seafood spaghetti, also excellent with grilled fish.

NOTES

Any slight sediment is due to the natural processing of the wine, which has not undergone any stabilizing treatments.
