WINEMAKING

Vinification of Sangiovese and Cabernet red grapes and Trebbiano white grapes, soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation to maintain and respect the grape's primary aromas.

ORGANIC CHARACTERISTICS

Bright pink color, aromas of red fruits, slightly acidic with a long aftertaste.

RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS

Ideal with fresh cheeses, appetizers, salads, mussels, and shellfish, along with fish and white meats.

NOTES

The possible presence of a slight sediment is due to the natural processing of the wine, which has not undergone any stabilizing treatments.
